- By agreeing to the Terms of Use you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. While our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements, they are not themselves dietary supplements. Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and we make no claims as to any capacity for our products to diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure or prevent any disease. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. All products carry a thirty (30) day customer satisfaction guarantee.
Shipping Policy
Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss
- We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation.
- The title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
Damage due to Freight or Shipping
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery. Please contact us at 1-888-779-1877 or email our Customer Service Department at customersupport@happydelta.com. When you contact us, please provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include your order number and a full description of the damages to the product.
Returns and Refund Policy
Except for any products designated on the Website as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such a return is made within thirty (30) days of delivery with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition. Please contact us Toll-Free at 1-888-779-1877 or email our Customer Service Department at customersupport@happydelta.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website.
